FAQ's

All of our tours are just over an hour on the water, you are guaranteed 60 min on the water, we are normally out a few min longer. To help plan your day expect to be with us approx 2hrs, 30 min to sign in, kit up and safety briefing, just over an hour on the water followed by approx 20-30 min to get changed after your experience. 



Yes, all of our sessions are pre booked, you can book your session by contacting us over phone, email, text, whatsapp and any of our social media outlets, we do not do online booking. We would recommend booking at least a week in advance during peak season to avoid disappointment having said that we run multiple sessions 7 days a week so you may still find a space on the day.

All you need to bring with you is some swimwear and a towel and a pair of trainers or flipflops to walk through the boatyard to the skis, everything else is provided for you and included in the price, this includes, wetsuit, buoyancy aid, hats, boots, gloves, glasses/goggles, spray jackets.



Yes, you are welcome to bring your own kit, our instructors will make sure your kit meets our safety requirements, if so you are welcome to use it, if not we will supply the correct kit for you.



Wetsuits are not mandatory but recommended, as well as keeping you warm they offer buoyancy and impact protection were you to fall off, ask your instructor on the day and they will advise you of the conditions at sea.



We have full public liability insurance for the business we do operate high powered watercraft and injuries can happen, if you wish to cover yourself further for any eventuality  we advise you  to take out personal accident insurance before your experience.  Personal items are not covered for loss or breakages.

Unfortunately we do not allow phones on skis for safety reasons, your instructor will take free complimentary photos for you and airdrop or WhatsApp them to you after your experience.

Yes you can, all we ask is that your camera attaches to a mount and leaves your hands free to operate the ski.

Our age requirements are 18 to ride solo, 14 to drive with someone over the age of 18 on the ski with them, child passengers are welcome. We use the age of 10 as a guide for your child to be big and strong enough to hold on to the ski safely.

We start from our Sandbanks location inside Poole Harbour, we transit through the harbour taking in the sights of Brownsea Island and Castle plus millionaires row before heading out to sea, our normal route out at sea is across the bay to the start of the Jurassic coast at Handfast Point also known as Old Harry Rocks where we then follow the white cliffs of the Jurassic coast towards Swanage. We also have the option of following the coast towards Bournemouth. all routes depend on customer ability and weather conditions permitting.

No, you do not need any previous experience, all of our sessions cater for all abilities from novice to experienced riders. 

You do not need a licence to take part in one of our tours. You will be accompanied by one of our fully qualified RYA PWC Instructors at all times.

 Jetskis require some form of physical fitness, not only to be able to hold on while transiting at speed in waves but also to be able to swim at least 20m back to your ski if you fall off, you will also need to be able to climb back on to your ski should you fall off, boarding ladders are on the skis but we liken this manoeuvre to climbing out of a swimming pool at the deep end. 

Yes, we do offer first come first served parking spaces on site that are free and you are welcome to use while you are with us and using the facilities within the Yacht club. The is also on street metered parking the full length of Panorama Road and full length of Sandbanks Harbourside. There is also Sandbanks beach car park approx a 2 min walk form our location. Our customer/instructor ratio is 3:1, we can take out 3 skis at any one time with up to six people over those skis (2 on each) we do cater for large groups these would be conducted over back to back sessions meeting our ratio requirements. Please get in touch if you are a large group to discuss options. 



We believe Jetskis are for everyone to enjoy, our instructors are experienced in working with all sorts of “disabilities” please do get in touch and ask for the chief instructor and he will advise on the way forward.

There is a weight limit on the ski of 273KG or 602LB, if you feel this is applicable to your booking please contact us for advice. 

We cater for all shapes and sizes and are confident we have kit on site that will fit you. 



We have full on site changing facilities including Toilets, Hot showers, hairdryers and lockers for your valuables, all items left in lockers are at your own risk, Padlocks are provided on request. 

Our sessions are set up perfectly for the shared ski option and both to get an equal go at driving if they wish, your instructor will let you know when it is safe and time to swap over.

Unfortunately we do not offer this service, for this service I would recommend joining a Jetski club, please do contact us for a list of clubs if this is what you are looking for. 

Yes, predominantly it is tide and the wind speed/direction that affect conditions out at sea, we are lucky with our geographical location and the shape of the coastline surrounding us, it allows us to run in most conditions, if the weather is looking exceptionally rough a member of the team will contact you in advance or advise you at the time of booking

Yes we do gift vouchers, all our vouchers are E-Vouchers, they are sent out to you via email for you to print off and tuck inside a card, All our vouchers come with a years date on them from the time of purchase, please contact us for more info or to purchase your voucher. 

You have up till 24hrs before your booking time to contact us and Inform us of your cancellation to receive a full refund of your deposit. 

Any cancellation after 24 hrs before your booking you will lose your deposit. 

No shows will lose their deposit

Group bookings – we appreciate organising group bookings is a nightmare for the person in charge, turning up on the day with less numbers than you’re booked for with no prior communication will result in you being charged for your confirmed remaining balance. You have up till 24hrs before your booking time to change/modify your booking.

If we cancel for any reason you will receive 100% of your deposit back. 

WE STILL OPERATE IN RAIN, OVERCAST CLOUDY CONDITIONS, WINDY DAYS, CHOPPY WATERS. We provide all the necessary kit and training for all conditions we operate in. Just because you do not like the weather does not mean we feel the same. 

We will contact you with plenty of notice if conditions are unsafe to operate. 

Being a coastal location it can be difficult to get to us during peak season, all directions are listed on our joining instructions, we advise planning your journey to take into account delays during peak season, we do our very best to accommodate late arrivals and will offer alternative sessions or dates if you do miss your booking time, however no prior contact when running late will lose your deposit, we have a duty to the clients already on the session to run on time.

Yes, we ask all of our customers to be able to swim up to 20m, should you fall off you will need to swim back to your ski. Although in very shallow coastal waters the majority of the time you will not be able to touch the bottom. 

All instructions will be given in English, we do not require you to be fluent in English but you must have a basic understanding of English for safety reasons, you are welcome to bring a member of your group to help translate for you and our instructors will assist and make sure you can and have understood before setting off, you will have to sign to say you can understand safety instructions on the day.
